Shipping/Duties
General Shipping Information
At Tier One, we are committed to ensuring that your products reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and confidence as you shop with us.
Shipping Destinations and Courier
- Service Area: We offer shipping to North America, exclusively utilizing DHL Express for its reliability and efficiency.
- International Orders: For customers outside North America, please visit our sister site, www.Tier-One.eu, for relevant shipping options.
Shipping Costs and Transit Times
- Transit Times: Most shipments are delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
- Additional Handling Time: For bipod orders, an additional 24 hours is required for assembly and curing of adhesives to ensure stability during transit.
Shipping Limitations
- Non-Delivery Areas: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Insurance, Taxes and Duties
- Since 29th August, US Customs and Border Patrol will now charge duties and taxes on every shipment (the previous $800 personal threshold exemption has been removed by the current Administration).
- We have partnered with a Utah company, Zonos to collect and pay these duties and taxes for you.
- At checkout you will see 2 shipping options.
- One shipping rate INCLUDES all duties and taxes. If you select this option, we will collect the duties and remit them to US Customs on your behalf, and you will NOT be required to pay anything else to receive your shipment; the total charge is calculated and paid at checkout.
- If you select the shipping option without duties and taxes included, you will STILL be required to pay those taxes and duties, by law, but they will be charged when the item arrives Stateside. The goods will not be released by US CBP until all duties and taxes have been paid.
- Shipping is by Express tracked courier DHL; if you require a FedEx shipment due to remote location please let us know in the order notes. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
- Package Tracking: To monitor the progress of your shipment, please enter your tracking number on the DHL tracking page.

- Origin: All products are shipped from our own facility in the UK, where they are designed, manufactured and finished in full in a single manufacturing ecosystem ensuring quality and authenticity. Nothing is made in China, EVER!

The new Tier One ELR Bipod V2 is a super-tough, match arca bipod with extremely high engineering tolerances.
As an exceptionally accurate, precise and repeatable shooting platform, this bipod is designed for serious competitors and and will help you win trophies again and again.

Aerospace Materials
The ELR Arca Bipod is machined from solid billet 7075T6 aluminum alloy for superior strength to weight ratio.
The weight saving aerospace alloys allow the bipod to be extremely solid and sturdy under recoil without being restrictively heavy or bulky.
Precision Engineering
We believe that excellence and attention to detail in the engineering process is critical to producing the most accurate, most repeatable shooting systems.
That's why we utilise only the absolute top of the range CNC technology which allows us to machine the ELR Bipod to within 3 microns tolerance - far more than any other bipod sold anywhere in the world.
You will shoot much tighter groups, and engage targets with repeatbale accuracy using a bipod with these tolerances compared to a regular engineered bipod.

Functionality
The ELR Bipod V2 has been updated with feedback from you, our valued customers, and professional US PRS competitors.
Pan Lockout - You can now hard-lock the pan movement.
Tilt Tension - Tilt tension is now significantly increased
The leg extension action is rapid-deploy without using the button, and can be set to multiple détente positions throughout the extension.
Height Range & Leg Postions
Useable, deployed height range is 7.76 inches - 14.29 inches (195mm - 363mm).

The leg position is adjustable forward and to the side (splay).
Forward: Can be stowed along barrel, raked at 46 degrees, or fully deployed at 90 degrees.
Splay: Legs can be splayed to 60, 90 or 120 degrees.

Application
The ELR Arca bipod is designed to deliver match winning performance in Precision Rifle (PRS/NRL etc) competitions, as well as ELR matches where the rules require a folding bipod. It is the most precise, most accurate and best bipod for PRS.
