General Shipping Information

At Tier One, we are committed to ensuring that your products reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and confidence as you shop with us.

Shipping Destinations and Courier

  • Service Area: We offer shipping to North America, exclusively utilizing DHL Express for its reliability and efficiency.
  • International Orders: For customers outside North America, please visit our sister site, www.Tier-One.eu, for relevant shipping options.

Shipping Costs and Transit Times

  • Transit Times: Most shipments are delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
  • Additional Handling Time: For bipod orders, an additional 24 hours is required for assembly and curing of adhesives to ensure stability during transit.

Shipping Limitations

  • Non-Delivery Areas: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
  • Covid-19 Impacts: Please be aware that shipping times may be affected by ongoing Covid-19 restrictions impacting courier operations. While DHL has demonstrated consistent reliability, occasional delays may occur.

Insurance and Duties

  • Shipment Insurance: For added security, you may opt for the Insured Courier option at a flat rate of $25. This insurance does not influence shipping times.
  • Customs and Duties: All international orders may be subject to customs and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be prepared for potential charges upon receipt.

  • US Duties & Import Taxes, Additional: US Customs and Border Protection may, at their full discretion, apply taxes and duties to imports above $800. If you are placing an order for $800 you should expect to pay import taxes and duties including but not necessarily limited to 3% for bipods and 17% for scope mounts, on any single order over $800.

    Taxes and Duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot and would not assist you to avoid these taxes as any interference by us could and most likely would be deemed unlawful and result in severe penalties for us and or cessation of supply in the USA.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • Package Tracking: To monitor the progress of your shipment, please enter your tracking number on the DHL tracking page.

  • Origin: All products are shipped from our own facility in the UK, where they are designed, manufactured and finished in full in a single manufacturing ecosystem ensuring quality and authenticity.
