General Shipping Information
At Tier One, we are committed to ensuring that your products reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and confidence as you shop with us.
Shipping Destinations and Courier
- Service Area: We offer shipping to North America, exclusively utilizing DHL Express for its reliability and efficiency.
- International Orders: For customers outside North America, please visit our sister site, www.Tier-One.eu, for relevant shipping options.
Shipping Costs and Transit Times
- Transit Times: Most shipments are delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
- Additional Handling Time: For bipod orders, an additional 24 hours is required for assembly and curing of adhesives to ensure stability during transit.
Shipping Limitations
- Non-Delivery Areas: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Insurance, Taxes and Duties
- Since 29th August, US Customs and Border Patrol will now charge duties and taxes on every shipment (the previous $800 personal threshold exemption has been removed by the current Administration).
- We have partnered with a Utah company, Zonos to collect and pay these duties and taxes for you.
- At checkout you will see 2 shipping options.
- One shipping rate INCLUDES all duties and taxes. If you select this option, we will collect the duties and remit them to US Customs on your behalf, and you will NOT be required to pay anything else to receive your shipment; the total charge is calculated and paid at checkout.
- If you select the shipping option without duties and taxes included, you will STILL be required to pay those taxes and duties, by law, but they will be charged when the item arrives Stateside. The goods will not be released by US CBP until all duties and taxes have been paid.
- Shipping is by Express tracked courier DHL; if you require a FedEx shipment due to remote location please let us know in the order notes. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
- Package Tracking: To monitor the progress of your shipment, please enter your tracking number on the DHL tracking page.

Tactical Direct Fit Scope Rings for Blaser R8
These purpose built precision scope mounts are designed to attach directly to your existing Blaser Saddle Mount replacing your standard rings.
The aggressive styling suits modern rifle shooting perfectly, and with 4 screws per ring cap they can secure any scope effectively and ensure no movement occurs. Now you can also mount accessory top rails on these rings - including short or RAPTAR rail variants.
The Tactical Blaser Scope Rings are lightweight, accurate and extremely tough - designed for the most demanding mountain hunts.

Materials
7075T6 aluminium alloy for extreme strength and light weight.
Supplied with stainless steel ring cap screws and stainless saddle attachment screw, manufactured in house on our own machines for greater precision than.
Construction
Our one-hit machining method means all critical faces are machined in one operation. This prevents any accuracy loss in the machine usually caused by resetting for the next operation. You will notice the difference in the repeatability of the platform, the resistance to impacts and increased strength in the scope rings.
Each set of mounts is mechanically deburred in a 'bath' of ceramic cones to achieve a perfectly smooth finish on critical faces before anodising in hard black 30 micron thickness.
