General Shipping Information
At Tier One, we are committed to ensuring that your products reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and confidence as you shop with us.
Shipping Destinations and Courier
- Service Area: We offer shipping to North America, exclusively utilizing DHL Express for its reliability and efficiency.
- International Orders: For customers outside North America, please visit our sister site, www.Tier-One.eu, for relevant shipping options.
Shipping Costs and Transit Times
- Transit Times: Most shipments are delivered within 3-6 working days from dispatch. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on location and external factors.
- Additional Handling Time: For bipod orders, an additional 24 hours is required for assembly and curing of adhesives to ensure stability during transit.
Shipping Limitations
- Non-Delivery Areas: Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Insurance, Taxes and Duties
- Since 29th August, US Customs and Border Patrol will now charge duties and taxes on every shipment (the previous $800 personal threshold exemption has been removed by the current Administration).
- We have partnered with a Utah company, Zonos to collect and pay these duties and taxes for you.
- At checkout you will see 2 shipping options.
- One shipping rate INCLUDES all duties and taxes. If you select this option, we will collect the duties and remit them to US Customs on your behalf, and you will NOT be required to pay anything else to receive your shipment; the total charge is calculated and paid at checkout.
- If you select the shipping option without duties and taxes included, you will STILL be required to pay those taxes and duties, by law, but they will be charged when the item arrives Stateside. The goods will not be released by US CBP until all duties and taxes have been paid.
- Shipping is by Express tracked courier DHL; if you require a FedEx shipment due to remote location please let us know in the order notes. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

- Package Tracking: To monitor the progress of your shipment, please enter your tracking number on the DHL tracking page.

Tactical Scope Rings
Tier One Tactical Scope rings are designed to be the toughest, most accurate aluminum scope rings for any kind of rifle shooting.

MATERIALS
The Tactical Scope Rings are manufactured from solid 7075T6 aluminum billets, an aerospace alloy that offers one of the highest strength to weight ratios of any alloy currently available.
In addition, the screws we use in these scope mounts are manufactured by us to our own specifications, so they match the product perfectly and result in zero accuracy loss.
All surfaces on these mounts are mil spec hard anodised to 30 micron thickness in black, and the logo is also fully anodised resulting in a blacked-out look.
These materials are the finest available and combined with the rings’ efficient and elegant design they will offer you the maximum weight saving possible with the absolute maximum accuracy of any rifle scope mount on the market right now.
CONSTRUCTION
We use high tech 5 axis CNC milling machines and advanced manufacturing and finishing processes to ensure that every possible inaccuracy or loss of tolerance is eliminated.
The ring pair is milled at the same time from the same solid billet of aluminium, and the whole process is completed in one operation.
What this means for you is a pair of rings that are perfectly matched to each other, and which have not suffered any loss of accuracy due to resetting machines.
Most mass-manufactured AR or Rifle scope mounts are produced on inferior machinery in multiple operations, which means the rings and tools are moved out of alignment each time a new piece of the ring-set is machined, resulting in huge losses of accuracy across the whole process. We do not do this.
Every ring set is mechanically deburred in a 'bath' of thousands of ceramic cones to achieve a perfectly smooth finish before anodising in hard black 30 micron thickness.
MOUNTING
These rings are designed to be mounted to a standard 1913 picatinny rail. Torque settings for all of our rings are available on the data sheet below (see the link at the bottom of this text), these are also printed onto the bottom of each ring set.

How Can I Order Ring Top Accessory Rails?
Simply select from the same dropdown menu as you used to select your scope rings. You must match the tube size to the accessory rail (E.g. A 30mm pair of Tactical Rings need the 30mm RAPTAR rail, and so on).
Add them to your cart and check out as normal.
